I've finally doubled my international try tally - to two! Seriously, it's always good to score tries and being in the Rugby World Cup, in such an important game, makes it twice as nice.
But the main thing was that we won the game and qualified for the quarter-finals and to score four tries as a team was very pleasing.
It was a great occasion at Parc des Princes and everything we expected with fantastic English support. The fans have really turned out in force and to hear them singing Swing Low Sweet Chariot was great.
Fair play to Tonga, they gave their all. We made it difficult for ourselves at times, although we played some good rugby and there were elements of improvement on the week before.
The game kicked-off so late that when I got back I went straight to bed . . . in anticipation of the Disneyland trip the next day.
It was awesome. There are so many things to go on there. You can't try everything in one day but we went on all the big roller-coasters.
Space Mountain was good, as was Crush's Coaster, and the Rock 'n' Roller Coaster based around the rockband Aerosmith, which was a bit random, but those were my top three.
I love the buzz of roller-coasters and my girlfriend bought me a skydive out of a plane for my 21st birthday. The ticket expires in February so I'll have to do it when I get back. My brother had a go and was really nervous but he said it was the best thing he's ever done.
My girlfriend came over to France again and it certainly helps having someone from home for a few days but I don't think you ever escape from rugby while you are in and around this environment.
It was certainly back down to earth on Saturday night with a debrief of the game and then a weights session to ensure everyone is switched on.
The group stages are done. What matters now is how we perform against the Aussies, who are a top side with loads of quality players and they have been on form.
There's a massive history of rivalry between England and Australia in all sports and I've played against them loads of times on the Sevens circuit and in the pool match at the Commonwealth Games in Melbourne in 2006, when they had Lote Tuqiri and Chris Latham. I also started against them twice on the summer tour a couple of years ago.
We travelled to Marseille on Sunday afternoon by TGV. I was there for the last warm-up game in August, although I wasn't involved in the match. I had to watch from the stand but I hope that's not going to happen again and I will be involved this weekend.
