A TOUR of upper Teesdale will look at geographical features left by glaciers.
Geomorphologist David Evans will unravel some of the mysteries as he interprets the landscape on a day that will involve short walks and minibus rides between sites.
The event, which is called Lumps and Bumps in the Landscape - what the Glaciers did, is on Sunday, starting at Middleton-in-Teesdale car park at 10.30am.
A bus will take walkers to Langdon Beck Youth Hostel for a talk and coffee before the tour.
The event is free, but booking is essential as places are limited.
