CHILDREN from North Yorkshire schools will be among those taking part in National Schools Film Week.
Pupils from Harrogate and York will be among 250,000 children going to the cinema for free to view both current releases and classics from October 15 to 19.
The focus of film week, which is the largest event of its kind in Europe, is The World We Live In.
The pupils will watch films addressing issues such as the environment, tolerance, social and racial injustice, bullying, politics and storytelling.
