A VILLAGE show has been revived after a seven-year absence.
Marrick, near Richmond, held its show on Sunday after last taking place in 2000.
Classes included local produce, handicrafts, children's categories, pets and fancy dress.
Children's sports and a village rounders match took place in the afternoon. The overall winners were Elaine Stones in the open classes, closely followed by Jackie Potter.
Sibling rivalry created a close competition in the children's classes, with a point separating the winner, Tommy Stones, from his sister, Annie.
Organisers said the day was a success.
