A MAN has appeared in court charged with outraging public decency.
Hartlepool man Anthony Anderson made a brief appearance before town magistrates to face the allegations.
Anderson, of Raby Road, Hartlepool, appeared in court for just seconds wearing a purple shirt and trousers.
He was represented by John Relton over an allegation of outraging public decency, said to have taken place on July 26.
No plea was entered by 27-year-old Anderson and his case was adjourned until September 19. He was given unconditional bail.
