A CELEBRITY television chef will cook up a feast at a country, craft and food show in North Yorkshire.
Richard Fox, who serves food to the rich and famous and is known for his BBC series Fox On the Run, will be in the food marquee at the show, at Newby Hall, near Ripon, from September 21 to 23.
He will be on stage at 11am, 12.30pm and 2.30pm each day and will be available to answer questions from visitors.
Mr Fox said: "We will be running three demonstrations a day lasting for about 30 minutes each. Various skills will include shortcuts for a dinner party and the perfect barbecue technique."
The show will be housed in three marquees and Mr Fox will be joined by 100 visiting artists, including wood turners, potters and painters, showing and selling their work.
There will also be more than a dozen interactive stands where visitors can try their skills under supervision by expert crafts people.
Other family attractions include live music, quad bikes, archery, dog demonstrations, a donkey sanctuary, goat racing, a falconry display and a children's petting zoo. New for this year on September 22 and 23 is an equestrian area with showjumping and, in the main arena, stunt horse tricks led by Marc Palmer, who trains animals for television and films.
The show is open daily from 10am to 5pm. Admission is £5.50 for adults, £4.50 for senior citizens and £2.50 for children. Parking is free.
