residents and business people, who brighten up their neighbourhood, have been rewarded for their efforts.
Winners of the annual Ferryhill In Bloom competition, judged in July, attended a prize night at the town's Manor House pub last week.
Mayor Ken Campbell presented engraved shields, commemorative plates and gift vouchers to the winners.
Gardeners in second and third place also picked up a gift voucher and all prize winners, including runners up, got a certificate.
Ferryhill Town Council, which organised the competition, thanked all who took part for helping to brighten up the town with their floral and garden displays.
