The Masons travelled to Barnard Castle for their 4th league game of the season and returned 3-0 victors.
They got off to a good start when Liam McRoy cut in from the left and beat the keeper at the near post. The game swung from end to end for the next 15 mins but it was the Masons who increased their lead. The goal came from a corner after John Savage had headed against the bar Lee Newby was on hand to head home the rebound. On the half hour mark Jonny Pennock scored the goal of the game, after bringing the ball under control he fired into the top right hand corner from 30 yards leaving the Barnard Castle keeper with no chance of reaching the shot. After the interval the Masons dominated the game and despite creating a hat full of chances could not add to the scoreline.
The win made 3 out of 4 in the League for the Masons with the other game drawn and only one goal conceded to date.
