A 4-1 win over Tudhoe made it two out of two in the league so for the Masons. After trailing to an early goal the Masons missed a few chances before Lee Newby headed home a John Savage cross form the right. Despite being on top the home side could not add to their goal tally in the first half and went in at the half time mark level at 1-1.
In the second half the Tudhoe goal led a charmed life until Andy Lowe fired home a left foot drive from 20 yards with 65 mins on the clock. Number three came when Steven Fothergill broke clear down the right and pulled the ball back for Lewis Dodds to sidefoot home and then Ryan Murray wrapped up the scoring with number four with 5 mins left when he headed home a corner at the front post.
