PARISH gardens will be filled with festivities at a day of worship this weekend.
The Grace Covenant Ministries will host a gospel concert and variety entertainment in Stockton's parish gardens featuring gospel singing, music, dance, prayers, food counselling and talks.
The event takes place on Saturday, from 10am until 4pm.
Councillor Mary Womphrey, Stockton Borough Council's cabinet member for arts, leisure and culture, said: "This is a great opportunity for Christians of all denominations to come together in a day of prayer and songs."
Groups and organisations who would like to make use of the town centre for events and performances can contact Stockton town centre manager Sue Burgess, on 01642-527569.
