ART as seen through the eyes of young people goes on show this week.
The exhibition Journeys opens at the Durham Light Infantry Museum and Durham Art Gallery with a wide range of art, from creative writing and visual art to photographs and film.
The show, which runs from Saturday to October 14, has come together through Cultural Hubs, which aims to inspire young people through cultural and educational partnerships.
Over the past two years, ten schools in the county worked in partnership with organisations including Baltic, Beamish, Dance City, Seven Stories and Durham County Council.
Journeys runs alongside an exhibition tracing the art of Victorian painter Richard Dadd.
