A RURAL beat officer will be meeting members of the public to discuss their concerns.
Police community support officer (PCSO) Steve Mann, whose beat takes in the Consett south area of north-west Durham, will make himself available throughout his patch at several locations.
The first meeting will be at Burnside, in Esh Winning, on Thursday, September 13, from 2pm to 4pm, followed by the car park at the Smelters Arms, in Castleside, on Monday, September 17, from 11am to 1pm.
On Friday, September 21, PCSO Mann will be near the nature reserve entrance, at Cornsay Colliery, from 2pm to 4pm, and the following day he will be near the Hamsteels pub, in Quebec, from 1.30pm to 3.30pm.
On Sunday, September 23, he will be in East Hedleyhope, from 2pm to 4pm, and on Wednesday, September 26, he will be at Glebeside, in Satley, from 3pm to 5pm.
