CURRY fans will be able to pick up some hot tips at a food festival.

Curry Cuisine, a West Yorkshire company which teaches people how to cook traditional Indian dishes, will have a stand at the Dales Harvest festival at Hawes, North Yorkshire, on September 22 and 23.

The company was launched ten years ago by Prett Tejura, whose family originally came from Gujarat, in India.

Visitors to the festival can learn from her expertise and buy spice mixes.

The festival is held at the community field, the Market House and other venues around the town from 9.30am to 4.30pm and admission is £5 per day.
