ENTRIES are being sought for the sixth annual Ryedale Run, which over the years has proved a real money-spinner for Malton Hospital.
Organiser Sylvia Milson hopes up to 200 athletes will to take part in the event on September 16.
More than £500 of trophies and prizes will be awarded plus a goody bag for all those finishing the run which is just under 11 miles.
The starting point is the Wentworth Arms in Old Malton at 10.30am and the route goes through Ryton, Great Habton and Amotherby, before returning to Malton and finishing at Ryedale House.
Entrants have to be aged 16 or over and there is an entry fee of £8 if registration is made before the day, otherwise there is an extra £1 to pay. Places are still available and runners who are attached to a club get a £2 discount.
