PEOPLE in Catterick village have been invited to have their say on affordable housing.
Richmondshire District Council has identified a plot of land where new homes could be built and residents are urged to attend a meeting next week.
The authority and Tees Valley Housing Group will outline the plans at the Old Sydal School hall next Thursday, from 2.30pm until 7.30pm. Residents will have the chance to register an interest in moving into new homes.
The need for affordable housing in the village came from a housing needs survey by the council in 2005.
