INVITED guests enjoyed a garden walk, talk and supper with Tom Stuart Smith at Middleton Lodge, Middleton Tyas.
The renowned landscape designer recently transformed the Grade II* listed kitchen garden on the North Yorkshire Georgian country estate.
Owners James and Rebecca Allison have spent the last two years working with him to transform the neglected walled garden into a two-acre garden full of seasonal blooms and home-grown produce.
On the evening Tom talked about work he has done in a range of countries and on the transformation at Middleton Lodge, before joining guests for a three course seasonal feast inspired by the kitchen garden in the recently restored Fig House.
