A CHURCH hold its first flower festival in living memory over the weekend.
St Lawrence Church, in Kirby Sigston, near Northallerton, will be open to the public from 10am to 5pm today and tomorrow, and from 10am to 3pm on Monday.
Admission costs £2, which includes homemade refreshments. The festival, which has a theme of musicals, will also include a songs of praise service, at 6pm on Sunday.
Di Renwick said: "The church will look beautiful when fully decorated and we hope as many people as possible will come to see it.."
