A YOUTH advice service held a day of activities at its base in the centre of Durham City yesterday.
Durham and Chester-le-Street Connexions held a series of fun-based activity days for the school holiday, aimed at 15 to 19-year-olds, and the last was at the service's offices in Millennium Place, Claypath.
The events varied at each venue, but each included Izzy Arts, where youngsters could have a free airbrushed tattoo, graffiti art classes, workshops in banner and pennant making and DJ-ing sesions.
Advisors from Connexions were also at the sessions to give personal support, information, and guidance that young people might need with their training, educational and employment needs.
