A UK TOUR celebrating the music of Burt Bacharach will be arriving in North Yorkshire in September.
Back to Bacharach celebrates the music of one of the most accomplished composers of the 20th century, who together with Hal David penned some of the most iconic hits that stand the test of time.
The production, which has been touring the UK since September 2015, is performed by four leading West End singers and accompanied by The Magic Moments Orchestra and will be coming to Scarborough’s Spa Pavilion on Friday, September 7.
Songs in the show include Anyone Who Had a Heart, I Say a Little Prayer for You, Walk on By and What’s New Pussycat?
Burt Bacharach had more than 70 Top 40 hits in the US and more than 50 Top 40 hits in the UK recorded by artists including Dionne Warwick, Aretha Franklin, Dusty Springfield, Frank Sinatra and The Beatles.
