A DURHAM supermarket has donated 25 saucepans to Age Concern.
The Arnison Centre branch of Sainsbury's gave the pans for use in the charity's County Durham luncheon clubs.
Store manager Gerry Storey said: "Sainsbury's has supported many sports clubs and schools over recent months and now, continuing our programme of establishing links with our local community, we felt it appropriate to help the elderly too."
