Residents in the Millfield Lane and Low Poppleton Lane areas of York are to be consulted on plans to replace a fixed bollard with one that allows access to buses.
The plans are part of the wider scheme to create a new site for Manor School and, if agreed, the bollard will allow the local bus services, and school buses, access to the school site. All other motor vehicles, including taxis,would be prevented from using the road.
