A BUSY road in Middlesbrough will reopen after a man who had been on a roof for almost six hours was talked down.
Borough Road was sealed off after a man climbed to the top of the probation offices.
Police confirmed they were dealing with an incident involving a man on the roof and said he had been there since 4am.

Due to a police incident, Borough Road is closed. Service 5/5A/8/9/28/28A/62 will operate direct between Middlesbrough Bus and Marton Road School until further notice.
Buses were diverted on Borough Road in Middlesbrough and a number of police cordons were put in place.
Cleveland Police have confirmed a 45-year-old man has been arrested on suspicion of attempted burglary and criminal damage. He remains in police custody.
