EXPERTS are examining a spillage on Teesside which has forced the closure of a major carriageway.
Firefighters are currently on the scene while experts examine the white foamy substance which has been spilt across a road in Stockton.
A Cleveland Police Spokeswoman said: "A section of Haverton Hill Road has been closed from Portrack roundabout to New Road after reports at around 8.30am of a white foamy substance on the carriageway.
"The fire service is on the scene and analytical experts from the Billingham site have taken samples of the substance to identify exactly what it is."
