ORGANISERS behind a watercolour painting course have been singled out for praise by students.
The event was organised by Stockton Borough Council's adult education service.
Students said the day-long course was "fantastic" and "value for money". A silk painting course will be held on Thursday at Judges Hotel, Yarm, between 10am and 3pm.
It costs £55, although friends enrolling together will save £5 each.
