TEAMS are wanted to take part in an annual charity golf day which will support St Teresa’s Hospice.
The event is taking place at Darlington's Blackwell Golf Club on Friday (September 8) and is being organised by home care company Heritage Healthcare.
Director Sally Pickersgill said: “More than £196,000 has been raised since our very first golf day and it is our objective to exceed £200,000 this year.
“We would love as much support as possible from local businesses and people so that we can fully support this amazing cause.”
Tee off times are available to book from 9am to 3pm and will be allocated on a first come, first served basis.
Anyone wishing to register a team, make a donation, offer sponsorship or provide goods for an auction on the day or for a raffle prize draw should e-mail sally@fairwaysgsp.co.uk
The cost to enter a team of four people is £200 which includes an 18 hole tournament, nearest the pin and longest drive competitions, bacon roll on arrival, one course meal after the game and a team photograph. Tee sponsorship is available for £150.
