A WOMAN was taken to hospital after she was hit by a red 4x4.
Police are appealing for witnesses to the incident which happened on the A59 outside The Worlds End pub at Bond End, Knaresborough at 4pm yesterday afternoon (Friday, June 9).
The 33-year-old local woman was taken Harrogate District Hospital for treatment. Her injuries are not believed to be life-threatening. The 4x4 was driven by a local man in his mid-70s.
