TEENAGE singing sensation Lewis Bradley is preparing for one of the biggest nights of his life after making it into the final of TV show Any Dream Will Do.
The 17-year-old, from Nunthorpe, Middlesbrough, overcame tough competition on Saturday from fellow hopefuls and is now in the last three hoping for the lead role in the West End show, Joseph and his Amazing Technicolour Dreamcoat.
Despite his young age, the judging panel on the BBC One show, including stage producer Andrew Lloyd Webber, have been repeatedly impressed by Lewis' singing ability.
Last night, his mother, Aranka, urged viewers in the North-East to support her son and vote for him in next week's show.
She said: "I'm exhausted and very emotional. Now he is in the final, I feel as though a weight has been lifted off my shoulders.
"I would love Lewis to win it, but whether he wins the show or not, his life will never go back to the way it was. There are 7.5 million people watching him every Saturday night - things will change for him."
Lewis, who will celebrate his 18th birthday tomorrow, said getting through to the final was the best birthday present he could have wished for.
