FOOTBALL-mad Matthew Chesney is about to have his dream come true when he steps out at the new Wembley stadium as an England mascot.
The 11-year-old, from Ingleby Barwick, on Teesside, has been chosen from thousands of hopefuls to walk out with the players when England play Brazil on Friday night.
But the Teesside schoolboy said one of the most exciting things of all would be finally meeting his hero David Beckham.
He said he was thrilled Beckham had been asked to re-join the squad in the friendly match, and predicted he would score England's first goal with a free kick.
