YOUNGSTERS are enjoying a series of half-term events.
They are taking part in a wide variety of activities at Hambleton Leisure Centre, Northallerton, and today sees the return of taster sessions in fencing
Run in partnership with the Modern Pentathlon Association, the sessions are open to those aged over ten, with Yorkshire and national champions on hand to pass on coaching tips.
Sam Sanderson, from Thirsk, who represents Great Britain in the pentathlon, will be one of the coaches.
Also available throughout the week are sessions where new sports can be tried.
