MEMBERS of a chess club are celebrating after winning a regional championship for the second time in three years.
Durham City Chess Club took the title at the North of England Club Championships, held at Heywood, near Manchester, last weekend.
Durham City's team, made up of captain Ken Neat, Andrew Dunn, Graeme Oswald and David Eggleston, beat host club Heywood 3-1 in the final.
