AN amateur dramatic group is performing it first musical.
Dryburn Theatrical Workshop will be performing The Wizard of Oz, at Park View Theatre, in Chester-le-Street.
Group member Peter Archer, who plays the Tin Man, said: "It is going to be one of the best shows that has been in the town for a long time."
The show is on Thursday, May 31 and June 1, at 7.30pm, and on June 2, at 2.30pm and 6.30pm. Tickets are £6 for adults, £5 for discounts. Call 0191-388-9709.
