A CHILDREN'S guide will hit supermarket shelves this week.
The Clever Clogs Children's Guide to County Durham, a guide to family and children's activities in the county, will be available from Waitrose, in Durham city.
The book includes information on topics including nurseries, schools, out-of-school groups and healthcare.
Gail Farrar, of Waitrose, said: "This guide will be a godsend for parents getting out and about with their children."
It will be available from The Gates Waitrose store, later this week, priced £6.99.
