POLICE are asking people to be on the lookout for items which were stolen from homes in Teesdale over the weekend.
Two houses in Front Street in Cockfield were targeted by burglars on Friday evening through to Saturday morning.
A folding red and white England chair was taken by thieves who climbed through a ground-floor window to get to a flat.
Further along the street, an outhouse was broken into and 17 PlayStation games, without boxes, were stolen.
Security has been improved at both of the properties after the thefts, which police believe are not connected.
"We think these items are likely to be circulated locally so if anyone is offered them we would encourage them to contact us," said a spokesman from Barnard Castle police.
Anyone with any information is asked to call PC Kent at Barnard Castle police station on 0845 6060365 or Crimestoppers on 0800 555111.
