A CEILIDH could help raise more than £1,000 to improve the interior of a parish church.

A profit of £600 was made on the night and Barclays bank are expected to add another big sum as its staff were involved in the ceilidh's organising.
The bank has said it will give a donation through its community programme, which will pay for work.
Ages of people who went to the dance ranged from 18 months to 91 years and included students from Japan and Taiwan.
Music was by the Accordance Ceilidh Band led by Christine Williamson. Louise MacDougall was caller.
