NINE people have appeared in court charged with violent disorder.
The defendants, who are aged between 18 and 20, are alleged to have committed the offence in Darlington on November 3.
Their cases were adjourned until June 5.
The accused were Serena Mary Baker, 18, from Belgrave Street, Darlington; Michael James Blewitt, 18, of Crossfield Street, Darlington; David Michael Chambers, 20, of Jasmin Grove, School Aycliffe; Stewart Simon Clark, 20, from Deepdale Way, Darlington; Daniel Davidson, 19, of Archdeacon Crescent, Darlington; Nathan Singh Ghundoo, 18, of Girton Walk, Darlington; Scott Dean Holmes, 18, of Violent Grove, Darlington; Ryan Andrew Moss, 18, from Lorraine Crescent, Darlington; and Marc Joseph Webster, 18, of Hurworth Road, Neasham.
None of them have entered a plea and they were all given unconditional bail.
