A NORTH-EAST college is helping adults to improve maths and English skills.
New College Durham is involved in an European Social Fund project called Test the County.
It encourages adults to have skills checked and gain up-to-date qualifications.
The test and qualification is free and open to anyone living or working in County Durham who does not have a qualification equivalent to GCSE level English or maths.
Participants must be aged 16 to 62 and not in full-time education.
For more information, contact the Skills for Life Office on 0191-375-4380.
