A 44-YEAR-OLD man appeared in court yesterday charged with drug offences.
Newton Aycliffe magistrates heard Brian Kidd supplied about five grams of amphetamine and ten grams of cannabis to Steven McCullagh, on November 3.
On the same day, Mr Kidd is charged with possession with intent to supply 45 grams of cannabis, 111 ecstasy tablets and 14 grams of amphetamine.
He is also charged with possession with intent to supply 23 grams of amphetamine and 35 ecstasy tablets on February 1.
No pleas were entered and the case was adjourned until May 25 for committal to Crown Court.
Mr Kidd of Oak Gardens, Roddymoor, Crook, was granted conditional bail.
