A NEW season of high-quality live music acts are being lined up to appear at a successful village hall initiative.
The Dave Hanson Band will be appearing at Live@Hackforth on March 7.
Dave is the former lead guitarist from the Dunwells, who played at the rural location previously, and his band will kick off the 2015 Live@Hackforth season at Hackforth Village Hall venue near Richmond.
The unique pop-up venue is now in its third year and brings top live performers to the area.
York’s Beth McCarthy, who appeared on BBC One's The Voice in 2014 will be performing at the venue on April 18.
Live@Hackforth is run by Ian Schofield, of Dales Automation, who has a background in the electrical industry and live events and provides high quality sound, lighting and even pyrotechnics.
So far the Live@Hackforth project has raised more than £1,500 for village hall funds.
A real ale and wine bar is also available.
Tickets are available online at: www.liveathackforth.co.uk
