A COFFEE shop manager has had his head shaved for charity.
The stunt by Jamie Buchanan, an area manager for Costa Coffee, raised £2,492 for the Costa Foundation charity, which works with schools in coffee-growing communities across the world.
He said; “I challenged my colleagues to help me raise £2,000. If that amount was met, I said I’d shave both my head and my beard off to raise money for the charity.”
The shave was performed at Toni&Guy, in the Prince Bishops shopping centre, Durham City.
