CHRISTMAS has arrived at a North-East patisserie which has unveiled its popular annual window display.
Robineau Patisserie has become well-known in the Darlington area for its beautiful Christmas window displays and this year is no different.
The feature window has been decorated to resemble a snow globe with a heart-warming scene featuring smiley snowmen and a confectionary cottage inside.
Staff member Deborah Gibbs says the display, and the decorations inside the patisserie, give everyone a lift over the festive period.
She added: “We have been getting people outside coming specially to take photographs, it is proving popular.”
The display is the culmination of weeks of hard work by the patisserie’s co-owner Frederic Robineau and marks the eighth year of the venue brightening up Cockerton's West Auckland Road for the festive season.
