A WOMAN has admitted being in charge of a car while almost six times the legal alcohol limit.
Julie Foster, 30, of Stanhope Close, Ferryhill, County Durham, was found in her Peugeot 207 in the town on Tuesday, November 4.
A breath test revealed 202 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath, almost six times the legal limit of 35 microgrammes.
Magistrates in Newton Aycliffe heard today (Wednesday, November 26) that Foster is receiving treatment for a deep seated alcohol problem and adjourned the case until Thursday, December 11, for probation reports.
Ms Foster received unconditional bail.
