A REVELLER lost several teeth after being assaulted by a man in a Middlesbrough bar.
The assault on the 44-year-old took place a month ago in the Resolution Bar, Newport Crescent, Middlesbrough, but police have only just released details and asked for witnesses.
The victim got into an altercation with another man in the bar at about 12.25am on October 25 when he was assaulted, which led to him losing teeth. He was treated at James Cook University Hospital for his injuries. He later had to undergo dental treatment.
A 27-year-old man has been arrested on suspicion of assault and has been bailed pending further enquiries.
Any witnesses to the incident are asked to contact PC Mark Pickstock on the non-emergency number 101 or Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800-555-111.
