AN ice skating rink which is believed to be the largest in the North has been relaunched by a former Miss England.
Georgia Jones, who married McBusted frontman Danny Jones in the summer, returned to her home city of York to open the Winter Wonderland attraction at McArthurGlen’s Designer Outlet.
Now in its tenth year, the 900 square metre rink has a 30ft Christmas tree at its centre and is surrounded by an illuminated forest, festive log cabins and a viewing platform.
In previous years the attraction, which will be open until January 4, has attracted tens of thousands of visitors.
