ONE of Britain's leading comics has announced he is to perform in the region.
Kevin Bridges will play at Middlesbrough Town Hall on Thursday, July 16 next year as part of his A Whole Different Story tour. Tickets will go on sale on Friday morning.
Bridges has become a household name in recent years. His last 136-date tour broke box office records, selling out for nine nights at Glasgow's SECC Arena.
Graham Ramsay of promoters Ten Feet Tall, who work alongside Middlesbrough Town Hall to deliver the venue’s comedy programme, said: “We’re all dead chuffed that Kevin is coming back to the town hall.
“We’re expecting this one to sell fast, so the advice is don’t hang about if you want to make sure of getting a ticket."
Parents are advised that children should be at least 14 years old before seeing the show. Tickets cost £25 from Middlesbrough Town Hall on 01642 729729 or middlesbroughtownhallonline.co.uk
