TV CHEFS The Hairy Bikers cooked up at storm at the MetroCentre in Gateshead today (Sunday, November 16).
Si King and Dave Myers, who have presented a string of hit cookery shows, switched on the Christmas lights at the Gateshead shopping complex, officially starting its countdown to Christmas.
The invitation marked a return to his native North-East for 46-year-old Mr King, who took part in last year’s Strictly Come Dancing, as he was born in Kibblesworth, Gateshead.
