GRAEME STORM found his touch over the weekend to climb up the leaderboard at the Turkish Airlines Open.
The Hartlepool golfer had suffered a dreadful start in Antalya when he opened with rounds of 75 and 77, but then he found some good form in the final two rounds to climb up to 55th to earn around £20,000.
After posting a three-under 69 on Saturday, Storm went even better in the final round to card a 67 which included five birdies on the back nine.
Having failed to earn a top 20 finish in Turkey, though, the 36-year-old’s season has come to an end and he will have a break until January having missed out on an appearance at this week’s Dubai World Championship.
