GOATS dressed as reindeer will help bring festive cheer to a Christmas fair this weekend.
The festive farm animals, together with tinsel-clad Shetland ponies, will welcome guests to the annual Christmas fair at The Clervaux Trust on Saturday (November 15), at Clow Beck Eco Farm at Croft, near Darlington.
The trust supports young people who struggle in mainstream education by teaching them farming, craft and baking skills at the eco farm and popular Clervaux Bakery, in Darlington.
The free event, which will run from 10am to 4pm, will feature fresh produce, craft demonstrations, apple pressing, horse logging, fire juggling, a silent auction and tombola.
A barbecue will also be on offer, as well as woodfired pizza, tea, cakes and light refreshments.
