A MAN has denied stalking a woman and in doing so breaching a restraining order.
Andrew Bradley also denies delivering a letter he wrote to the victim’s address.
The 32-year-old’s barrister Jonny Walker told Teesside Crown Court: “He places himself elsewhere at the time without the requisite knowledge of where the complainant lives.”
Mr Bradley, of Colin Avenue, Middlesbrough, has admitted sending a ‘friend request’ via Facebook to the complainant, again in breach of the restraining order which was made in July 2011.
All the offences are said to have occurred between March 17 and 27 this year.
The defendant was remanded in custody with no application for bail. A trial is expected to take place in the week commencing August 11.
