FIRE engines from Darlington and North Yorkshire attended the scene of a house fire in Croft, near Darlington, today (Sunday). No-one was injured in the blaze in the kitchen of a property on South Parade, which was reported to the emergency services at 1.30pm. A spokeswoman for North Yorkshire Fire and Rescue Service said a fire investigation officer was being sent to the scene to determine the cause of the fire.
