A MAN accused of sexually assaulting children has been cleared by a jury.
Brian Humble, 48, of Eldon Close, Newton Aycliffe, was found not guilty after a trial at Teesside Crown Court.
Mr Humble was charged with five counts of sexual assault of a child under-13 and four of causing or inciting a child to engage in sexual activity.
The charges were alleged to have taken place between 2007 and 2010.
